SLEEP Bath Salts are made of Himalayan pink salts , Epsom salts and a blend of the most relaxing, soporific essential oils; lavender, bergamot and Roman chamomile. The combination of Himalayan and Epsom salts can help ease tension in the body through the absorption of magnesium, as well as being extremely relaxing . The benefits of a salt bath have been known for centuries from Ancient Egypt to the Romans and Ancient China , for their purifying, stress relieving and rejuvenating qualities.

We use therapeutic grade angustifolia lavender we grow and distil on our farm with Roman chamomile from Hampshire and Sicilian bergamot. These three essential oils are all known to aid relaxation and sleep . These combined with the magnesium rich salts should help you have a better night’s sleep, leave you feeling deeply relaxed and ready for bed!
