Made using our own lavender essential oil which is  grown and distilled at Burrow Hill in Somerset and blended with English Roman Chamomile and Sicilian Bergamot.  Lavender is clinically proven to aid sleep and slow the heart rate,  partnered with  bergamot and chamomile essential oils, both prized for their calming properties.
